For a limited time in January 2026, select consultations may qualify for preferred pricing, subject to availability and eligibility.

January 2026 Promotional Terms

  • Promotional pricing applies a 15% courtesy adjustment to the first 30 minutes of consultation time only.

  • The promotional consultation must be purchased during January 2026, is non-refundable, and must be used on or before December 31, 2026.

  • Consultations are billed by the minute at an hourly rate that varies by physician specialty and consultation type. Any consultation time beyond the first 30 minutes is billed at the standard, undiscounted rate.

  • All consultations must be prepaid prior to scheduling.

  • Promotional pricing is limited to one discounted consultation per patient, regardless of who purchases the consultation. The consultation may be purchased by the patient, a concierge or Direct Primary Care (DPC) provider, or another third party on the patient’s behalf.

  • Promotional pricing cannot be combined with other offers and is subject to availability.

How the Process Works

1. Case Intake – Complete intake paperwork. Submit medical records for review in secure platform

2. Physician Review – One or more U.S.-based physicians conduct a review 

3. Consultative Summary – A written summary or consultative discussion is provided for educational purposes

4. Coordination – Findings are intended to support conversations with your treating physician
